Legal Notice: 30BG Fan Passport is an independent, fan-run community initiative. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official entity of Davido or Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, receiving a 30BG Fan Passport, or participating in the community and Clip & Earn features, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Community Eligibility & Passport Ownership
You must be at least 13 years of age to participate.
Each member is entitled to exactly one (1) 30BG Fan Passport ID tied to their verified mobile phone number. Creating duplicate or bot accounts to manipulate referral points is strictly prohibited.
Passport points, levels, and digital badges represent community reputation and status within the 30BG fan ecosystem and hold no direct monetary exchange value outside officially defined community reward redemptions.
3. 60-Day Pilot Program & Rewards
During the current 60-day community pilot phase:
Points Mode: All rewards for activities—including clipping, referrals, sharing, and check-ins—are granted exclusively as community points and leaderboard ranking.
No Cash Obligations: No direct cash compensation is paid for third-party copyright content during this pilot without explicit written agreement from the rights holders.
Points allocations, tier thresholds, and leaderboard calculations are audited periodically via the platform's auditable points ledger.
4. Content Submission & Intellectual Property
Users who submit social clips or fan wall posts warrant that their submissions respect fair use and community guidelines.
Always credit Davido’s official channels, stream links, and tag #30BG.
We do not tolerate defamatory content, hate speech against rival fanbases, gambling promotions, or leaks of unreleased intellectual property.
5. Account Suspension & Ban Policy
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke access and forfeit all accumulated points for accounts caught:
Purchasing synthetic, bot, or click-farm views.
Falsifying OTP verification or phone numbers.
Submitting non-compliant or abusive content.
6. Account Deletion & Data Rights
In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), you may delete your account and personal records at any time either via the in-app settings or by contacting [email protected].
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
